About
What lights me up…
My work centers on building liberated, leaderful, learning organizations. With 15+ years of non-profit management, I’ve supported individuals, teams, organizations, and networks that are committed to environmental and social change. I’m most passionate about developing people-centered HR practices, adult learning and development, emergent facilitation, coaching through transitions, network weaving, and building learning communities of practice.
